GOOD NEWS
The world is fast growing and everything is being made to go fast as well. This is very different from the way it used to be. The older generation affirm that things are completely different from the way they were when they were much younger. You can ascertain by the lifestyle of the younger generation; how they grow and know faster than those of the older generation. While many opine that the changes have made things improve, some think they've even gone worse while others are indifferent, but the disparity in opinions doesn't stop the world from being what it actually is.
There are some fundamental questions we must all consider:
1. When did the world begin?
2. How did it actually start?
3. Is there going to be an end some day?
4. How is it going to end?
5. What about your life?
6. Where is your origin and destination?
7. What is your hope about the future?
8. What is your perception of life?
I have exciting answers to these questions. It's in the book called the Bible, which is so comprehensive and contains answers to all these questions and other interesting things you will like to know.
The Bible records the oldest historical information about humanity than any other book. Genesis 1:1 tells how God who is the creator of the universe and every good thing, visible and invisible, created the Heaven and the Earth in the beginning and called every other thing into existence (Genesis 1:26-28). Afterwhich God formed the man called Adam and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living Soul (Genesis 2 :7). At this time everything was good with man because God has blessed him and given him dominion over all things. But an intruder called Devil came in to distract man from God's big plan concerning him (Genesis 3:1-7). Consequently, man died inwardly and was separated from God, loses his privileged to a superior life and was driven away from the presence of God. From then onward, every other person that was born into this world was inwardly (spiritually) dead and disconnected from God, Romans 5:12 "wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin, and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned". So no matter how morally good, rich, influencial or educated any one might have been, all humans lived a life that was separated or disconnected from God our creator waiting to die in condemnation and rot in the Lake of fire which was originally prepared for the Devil and his Demons. This is the root of the many sorrows in the world today. It's as a result of Man's decision to deal with his enemy called the Devil.
But thanks be to God almighty, for there is a good news for you, John 3:16 says "for God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." God out of his undiminished love for us sent a redeemer in the person of his son to save us from the law of sin and dead, which every one has committed and inherited from the fall of Adam and Eve. Now the Bible says in Romans 5:8 "But God commented his love towards us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." That is to say, the death that was designed for all had been laid on one person called Jesus.
I want you to know that it's not by mistake that this information got to you. It's because God loves you and wants you to be aware that the prize had been paid for you to get eternal life, which the first Adam missed, which Jesus has again made available unto us (1st Corinthians 15:22). All you just have to do is to believe in Jesus' death, burial and resurrection which he did for your sake, 1st Corinthians 15:3-4 "For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the Scriptures."
You can even receive Jesus Christ into your heart this moment if you have believed in your heart, Romans 10:10 "For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." All you just have to do is to tell Jesus to come into your heart.
Just say these words with sincerity from your heart:
"I believe that Jesus died for me and my sins are forgiven in him, come into my heart Jesus and become the Lord of my life, you are my personal Saviour, I'm no longer subject to the Devil. I'm now a child of God, thank you Jesus for saving me. Henceforth, I will only listen and do your will for me. In Jesus name, Amen.
